Based on personal experience, and because I am in your age group, I can both understand some of your limitations and also encourage and inspire you to realize your fitness potential.

As we age there is no reason why we should not be able to perform our daily tasks, enjoy our recreational activities and care for ourselves. We should want to stay fit, trim, strong and mobile for as long as possible thus shortening, or avoiding altogether, what experts call the “DISABILITY ZONE”.
